Her Story
Millie’s story began with a rocky start when she was just 9 weeks old. Rescued from the Bradshaw Animal Shelter in Sacramento County, she was a tiny, fragile puppy who had already faced more challenges than most dogs ever will. Emaciated, covered in fleas, and recovering from surgery for a prolapsed rectum, Millie’s early life was a fight for survival. But despite her rough beginnings, Millie’s indomitable spirit shone through, laying the foundation for the resilient and adventurous companion she would grow to become.
